摘 要:垃圾气力输送系统是近年发展起来的一种高效、卫生的垃圾输运方式,用于车站,尤其是新建高架车站,可解决人工输运候车室垃圾及旅客列车垃圾所产生的不利影响。垃圾气力输送系统主要通过风机产生高速气流来携带输送垃圾,因此,风机的选型对整个系统尤为重要。以兰新铁路吐鲁番北站垃圾气力输送系统风机参数为基础,利用流体力学原理及公式对西藏日喀则地区所适用的风机参数进行分析计算,为高海拔地区垃圾气力输送系统的风机选型提供参考。结果得出同一系统,将风机流量提高至原流量的1.24倍,可在西藏日喀则地区获得与零海拔地区相同的垃圾输送效果。Pneumatic garbage conveying system, an efficient and sanitary garbage conveying mode, has been developing rapidly in recent years. The application of this system in railway station, especially in elevated railway station, can solve adverse effects caused by manual clearing garbage off waiting rooms and trains. With the system, garbage is carried away by high-speed airflow generated by fan. Therefore, the selection of fan is very important for the system. Based on the parameters of the fan employed in the pneumatic garbage conveying system in Turpan, the parameters of the fan applicable to Shigatse area are analyzed and calculated so as to provide references for the selection of fan for pneumatic garbage conveying system in high altitude areas. The result shows that increasing the airflow of the fan to 1. 24 times, the system used in Shigatse can obtain the same function as that used in low altitude area.
