Effect of Thiamethoxam+Fludioxonil+Metalaxyl-M 30% FSC on the Germination and Growth of Wheat

摘  要:为明确30%噻虫·咯·霜灵悬浮种衣剂包衣对小麦的安全性,采用砂床法考察了其对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:随30%噻虫·咯·霜灵悬浮种衣剂包衣剂量提高,泰山24、山农16和矮抗58的发芽势均显著降低。泰山24包衣剂量为400,800 g(有效成分用量,下同)处理、矮抗58和山农16包衣剂量为200,400,800 g处理的小麦发芽率均显著低于空白对照。包衣剂量200,400 g处理对泰山24的根长和株高影响不大,但其茎叶鲜重显著增加。包衣剂量400,800 g处理对矮抗58和山农16的根长、株高、根鲜重和茎叶鲜重均有显著的抑制作用,包衣剂量为200 g处理对矮抗58和山农16仅根鲜重和茎叶鲜重降低。The safety ofthiamethoxam + fludioxonil + metalaxyl-M 30% FSC coating wheat seeds were studied by sand bed method. The results showed that germination energy of Taishan24, Shannong 16 and Aikang58 decreased significantly with the increasing dose of thiamethoxam + fludioxonil + metalaxyl-M 30% FSC. Germination rates of Taishan24 (400, 800 g), Shannongl6 and Aikang58 (200, 400, 800 g) were significant lower than control check. Seed treatment of Taishan24 (200, 400 g) had no significant influence on the root length and plant height, but fresh weight of stem and leaf increased significantly. Root length, plant height, fresh weight of root and leaf of Sharmongl6 and Aikang58 (400, 800 g) were significantly suppressed. However, 200 g treatment of Shannongl6 and Aikang58 only suppressed the fresh weight of root and leaf.
