摘　　要：列举了科技查新员一定程度的焦虑症、强迫症、忧郁和社交障碍等心理压力倾向,详细分析了科技查新员心理压力产生的原因,针对性地提出应对策略,对于增强科技查新员心理承受能力和心理免疫能力,提高科技查新质量,进一步促进我国科技决策科学化和科研资源优化配置,实现我国科技事业的可持续健康发展有十分重要的意义。Psychological stress of sci- tech novelty consultants such as a certain degree of anxiety disorder,obsessive- compulsive disorder,depression and social barriers were listed. The cause of psychological pressure of Sci-tech novelty Consultants was detailed analyzed and the coping strategies were put forward. It has vital significance for enhancing the ability of psychology bearing and psychology immune,improving the quality of science and technology novelty search,further promoting decision- making of science and technology and optimizing configuration of scientific research resource,realizing the sustainable healthy development of science and technology enterprise in China.
