摘 要:采用高温熔融法制备了Tb单掺和Ce/Tb共掺硅酸盐闪烁玻璃,并测试样品的密度和荧光光谱.结果表明:玻璃样品具有较大的密度,均超过4.0 g/cm3.在空气氛围下熔制的Ce/Tb共掺硅酸盐玻璃中同时存在Ce3+和Ce4+离子.Ce3+在激发波长为290~380 nm时,通过无辐射能量传递强烈敏化Tb3+的发光;而Ce4+则在不同波段激发光的激发下分别与Tb3+和Ce3+存在竞争吸收,因此随着Ce O2含量的增多Tb3+的发光强度减弱.The silicate scintillating glasses doped with Tb3 +and co-doped with Ce-Tb were synthesized by hightemperature melting method. The densities and fluorescence spectra of samples were investigated. The results showed that the density of glass samples was larger and more than 4. 0 g / cm3. Ce3 +and Ce4 +ions coexist in CeTb co-doped silicate glasses fabricated at air atmosphere. The luminescent sensitization of Tb3 +by Ce3 +was observed when excitation wavelength located at 290 ~ 380 nm,which was explained with non-radiation energy transfer from Ce3 +to Tb3 +. However,there was a competitive absorption between Ce4 +and Tb3 +/ Ce3 +respectively at different excitation wavelengths. The luminescent intensity of Tb3 +decreased as the concentration of Ce O2 increased.
