超声胆囊收缩功能试验对早期诊断慢性单纯性胆囊炎的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声胆囊收缩功能试验对早期诊断慢性单纯性胆囊炎的临床应用价值。方法选取58例慢性单纯性胆囊炎患者为研究对象,指定具有专业知识及丰富经验的影像检查医师对其行超声胆囊收缩功能试验及十二指肠引流检查,对比两种检查方法的检查结果及患者满意度。结果患者脂餐后各时间段胆囊容积均较脂餐前显著减少,胆囊收缩功能显著上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声胆囊收缩功能试验诊断符合率为96.55%,十二指肠引流检查诊断符合率为100.00%,两者对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用超声胆囊收缩功能试验对早期慢性单纯性胆囊炎患者进行临床诊断准确性较高,有利于患者获得及时的救治,保障其疗效及预后。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of ultrasonic gallbladder contacting function test in early diagnosis of chronic calculous cholecystitis. Methods 58 cases of patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis were selected as research subjects, all the patients were implemented ultrasonic gallbladder contacting function test and duodenal fluid inspection through imaging doctor with specialized knowledge and rich experience, the results and patients＇ satisfaction of two methods were compared. Results The gallbladder volume of patients in each period after the fat meal was obviously reduced, and the gallbladder contacting function was significantly increased, all the difference was statistical（P 0.05）. The diagnose accordance rate of the ultrasonic gallbladder contacting function test and duodenal fluid inspection had no statistical difference（96.55% vs 100.00%, P 0.05）. Conclusions Ultrasonic gallbladder contacting function test has high accuracy rate in diagnosis of early chronic calculous cholecystitis, which is good for patients to get timely treatment, so as to ensure their curative effect and prognosis.
