对持续状态癫痫小儿患者的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨持续状态癫痫患儿的临床护理,完善癫痫患儿的临床护理内容。方法将我院收治的120例持续状态癫痫患儿随机分成观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予护理干预,比较两组的护理满意度。结果观察组的护理满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对持续状态癫痫患儿进行临床护理时,护理干预可以有效缓解患者的症状,改善患者的疾病状态,其临床应用价值较高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore and complete the clinical nursing of children with status epilepticus. Methods 120 children with status epilepticus treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group（60 cases） and control group（60 cases）. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given nursing intervention on this basis. The nursing satisfaction of two groups was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 96.67%, significantly higher than 80.00% of control group, with statistical difference（P 0.05）. Conclusions In the clinical nursing of status epilepticus patients, nursing intervention can effectively alleviate patients＇ symptoms and improve patients＇ disease state with high clinical application value, which deserves promotion.
