摘  要:目的探讨家庭健康教育对脑膜炎患儿家长护理知识及患儿预后的影响。方法将60例化脓性脑膜炎(化脑)患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组患儿家长行常规护理教育,观察组患儿家长在常规护理教育的基础上行家庭健康教育。比较两组患儿家长对相关护理知识的掌握情况和具体护理技能的实施情况,以及两组患儿出院时和随访两年后的疗效。结果观察组家长对护理知识的掌握程度和护理技能实施情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患儿出院时和随访两年后的疗效均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论家庭健康教育可使化脑患儿家长获得基本的护理知识和初步专业的护理技能,可在极大程度上改善患儿的预后,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the influence of family healthy education on parents' nursing knowledge of children with meningitis and prognosis of children with meningitis. Methods 60 children with purulent meningitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Parents in control group were given conventional nursing education, parents in observation group were given family healthy education based on the control group. The mastery degree of related nursing knowledge and implementation of specific nursing skills of parents were compared, the curative effect of children when discharged and two years later were also compared.Results The mastery degree of related nursing knowledge and implementation of specific nursing skills of parents in observation group were significantly better than those of parents in control group, with statistically significant difference(P 0.01); the curative effect of children in observation group when discharged and two years later were significantly better than those of children in control group, with statistical difference(P 0.01). Conclusions Family healthy education can enhance the basic nursing knowledge and preliminary nursing skills of parents of children with purulent meningitis, which can greatly improve the prognosis of children and deserves promotion.
