摘　　要：社会责任信息披露是企业的责任,也是利益相关者了解企业社会责任履行情况的有效途径。从我国上市银行社会责任信息披露现状出发,梳理上市银行社会责任信息改进思路,由此提出改进我国上市银行社会责任信息披露的对策建议,以促进我国银行业的可持续发展。Social responsibility information disclosure is not only the responsibility of enterprises, but also the effective approach for stakeholders to learn about how well an organization did in social responsibility. Therefore, starting with an introduction to status quo of listed banks＇social responsibility information disclosure, the paper analyzes the background of listed banks＇social responsibility disclosure, explores the improving thinking way of the listed banks＇social responsibility information, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the listed banks＇social responsibility information disclosure so as to promote the sustainable development of our bank industry.
