中文版低血糖恐惧调查一忧虑量表在2型糖尿病患者中应用的信效度分析

摘　　要：目的研究CHFSII．WS的信效度，建立适用于中国2型糖尿病患者低血糖恐惧心理的评估工具。方法采用CHFSII-WS量表对300例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查，以测量该量表的信度、效度。结果CHFSII-WS量表内容效度指数I-CVI为0．78～1．00，S-CVI为O．928，探索性因子分析提取2个公因子，累积方差贡献率52．959％，总量表的重测信度为0．911，CronbachOL系数为0．904。结论CHFSII-WS量表具有较好的信度和效度，适合在中国2型糖尿病患者中进一步推广。Objective The purpose of the study was to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese Version of Hypoglycemia Fear Survey II-Worry Scale （CHFSII-WS） and provide a psychological as- sessment tool for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The CHFSII-WS was tested in 300 pa- tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus for measuring the scale＇s reliability and validity. Results The item- level content validity index （I-CVI） of the CHFSII-WS was 0.78-1.00, the scale-level content validity index （S- CVI） was 0.928. Through the exploratory factor analysis two factors were extracted which accounted for 52.959% of the total variance, The test-retested reliability of the CHFSII-WS was 0.911, Cronbach＇ct coef- ficient was 0.904. Conclusions The CHFSII-WS has excellent reliability and validity, which can be used as a valid tool for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in China.
