摘 要:根据直接转矩控制理论以及圆形磁链控制和六边形磁链控制的特点,建立了恒转矩下全速度异步牵引电机控制模型。在低速范围内,采用十二扇区细分圆形磁链控制,减小定子电阻产生的影响;在高速范围内,采用六边形磁链控制,减小逆变器开关频率。并针对某高速动车组进行仿真分析,考虑了列车起动阻力和运行阻力。仿真结果表明:所建立的系统具有良好的动态响应,能够实现对高速列车牵引电机的优化控制,同时采用扇区细分法能够在一定程度上减小磁链畸变和转矩脉动,可用于异步牵引电机直接转矩控制的深入研究。A simulation model of asynchronous traction motor control under constant torque was built based on the theory of direct torque control(DTC).In the range of low speed,the twelve sectors subdivision of circular flux control was used,which could reduce the influence of stator resistance.In the range of high speed,the hexagon flux control was used,which could reduce the switch frequency of inverter.Based on the high speed train,the simulation analysis was carried out,and the starting resistance and running resistance were also considered.The simulation results show that,the system has excellent static and dynamic performances and can achieve the optimal control of traction motors in high speed train and the method of sectors subdivision can reduce the flux distortion and torque ripple partly.This results can be used for the further research on asynchronous traction motor control.
