摘 要:对直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵的齿轮、齿圈进行了静力分析。考虑油压对轮齿的影响,分析啮合过程中的力和力矩,利用赫兹公式计算出接触应力,并与有限元法计算的接触应力比较,结果显示两者的计算结果基本一致。结合理论公式与有限元软件,分别对直线共轭内啮合齿轮副啮合强度进行分析,对内啮合齿轮泵的研究有一定的参考价值。The static analysis of straight conjugate internal gear pair was carriedout.Considering the influence of the oil pressure on gear,the force and torque in the process of meshing were analyzed.The contact stress was calculated by using Hertz formula,and the result was compared with the analysis from the finite element method.The comparison shows that the calculation result is agreed well with the simulation result.Based on the theoretical formula and finite element analysis software,meshing strength of straight conjugate internal gear pair was analyzed,it would have a certain reference value for the study of the internal gear pump.
