中国军人群体社会支持Mata分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中国军人群体社会支持状况,对中国军人群体社会支持水平的进行系统评价。方法:采用元分析的方法对近20年有关中国军人群体社会支持研究报告的测试结果进行分析。结果:1中国军人群体社会支持总体水平低于中国男性军人常模和中国男性常模(WMD=-0.84^-0.22,P<0.001;WMD=-0.86^-0.23,P<0.001),但对社会支持的利用度上高于这两个常模(WMD=0.13,P<0.001;WMD=0.32,P<0.001);2研究报告的发表年代影响中国军人群体社会支持水平(r=0.46,P<0.05);3研究报告的地域环境影响军人群体对社会支持的利用度(r=0.63,P<0.01)。结论:1中国军人群体得到的社会支持均弱于中国男性常模群体和军人男性军人常模;2但中国军人群体获取社会支持的利用度并不比两者常模差;3从与出版年代的相关分析得出,中国军人群体社会支持在不断提升中;4从与地域环境的相关分析得出,今后应当更多看重提升改善军人社会支持物质基础条件,丰富社会支持资源。Objective： To systematically assess the social support status of Chinese servicemen,and obtain an evidence- based conclusion. Methods： Made a Mata- analysis on the results of research reports which were about social support of Chinese servicemen in the past nearly 20 years. Results： 1 Social support status of Chinese servicemen were both lower than the male of Chinese soldier norm and Chinese male＇ norm（ WMD =-0. 84 ^-0. 22,P〈0. 001; WMD =-0. 86 ^-0. 23,P〈0. 001）. But the utilization of social support was higher the former norms（ WMD = 0. 13,P〈0. 001; WMD = 0. 32,P〈0. 001）. 2 The effect of publication time had influence on the social support status of Chinese servicemen（ r = 0. 46,P〈0. 05）. 3 the effect of regional environment impacted the utilization of social support（ r = 0. 63,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： 1 The level of social support in Chinese servicemen is lower than other groups. 2 But the utilization of social support for Chinese servicemen are higher than the both norms. 3 Analyzing of the publication time,we know that the level of social support Chinese servicemen is improving. 4 Analyzing of the regional environment,we know that we should have focused on improving Chinese servicemen material foundation conditions of social support,and providing more resources of social support.
