摘 要:目的:了解并分析微信用户的使用行为模式,认识手机网络用户的心理行为特征。方法:通过在线问卷调查,使用SPSS对所得数据进行描述性分析与Logistic回归分析。结果:受测人群教育水平普遍较高,本科毕业生占44.9%,硕士研究生学历者占30.7%,博士学历者为8.3%,其中女性(63.4%)略多于男性(36.6%)。大多数受测者的微信联系人包括:同学(94.18%)、朋友(94.18%)、亲戚(78.12%)。以真实姓名作为昵称的人数为115名(31.9%),以个人真实照片作为头像的人数为180名(49.9%)。以人口学变量和微信使用特征对用户使用行为进行回归发现,与单身用户相比,已婚用户更不易于与陌生人发生网聚(OR=0.28,P=0.057),同时,用户使用强度越高,越倾向于使用真实照片作为个人微信头像(OR=1.62,P=0.001)。结论:微信使用者整体呈现高学历、年轻化的特点,用户主要的微信社交网络是以手机联系人、QQ好友为基础的"熟人网络",其中常用联系人仅为15人,为所有联系人数量的13.4%,反映出用户与联系人之间小范围互动的"强关系链"特点。Objective: To explore and analyze the usage behavior patterns of We Chat users,and understand the psychological behavior characteristics of mobile Internet users. Methods: By online questionnaire survey and SPSS to give a descriptive and logistic regression analyses of the data. Results: Most of the testees enjoyed a comparatively high level of education,with about 44. 9% graduates,30. 7% postgraduates and 8. 3% doctorates. Among them,female users( 63. 4%) were higher than male users( 36. 6%). The We Chat contacts of the most testees were: Classmates( 94. 18%),friends( 94. 18%) and relatives( 78. 12%). There were 115 testees( 31. 9%) using their real names as their We Chat nicknames while 180( 49. 9%) using authentic personal photos as head portraits. Through demographic variables and We Chat usage characteristics,the regression analyses of the users' behaviors indicated that married users were less likely to set up close contacts with strangers( OR = 0. 28,P = 0. 057) and the higher use intensity,the more inclination to use personal photos as We Chat head portraits( OR = 1. 62,P = 0. 001). Conclusion: The We Chat users have shown features of being highly educated and young; The main We Chat network is an " acquaintance network" based on mobile phone contacts and QQ friends. The study also indicates the average frequent contacts are about 15 persons,taking up a 13. 4% proportion of the whole number,reflecting the characteristic " strong relationship" among users and their contacts.
