摘 要:对国内C5馏分分离技术的研究进行了综述。介绍了异戊二烯、环戊二烯和间戊二烯分离方法的研究进展,重点介绍了以二甲基甲酰胺、乙腈或N-甲基吡咯烷酮为萃取剂的萃取精馏法分离异戊二烯的过程。分析了反应精馏技术、C5馏分的加氢分离工艺、一段萃取工艺、共沸超精馏/萃取精馏耦合工艺以及后热二聚C5分离工艺等新型工艺的特点。指出优化工艺流程、开发反应精馏技术、引入催化加氢除炔或全加氢技术等新型分离技术是今后国内C5馏分分离技术发展的方向。Technologies for the separation of steam cracking C5 fraction at home were reviewed. The progresses in the separation of isoprene,cyclopentadiene and piperylene were introduced. The separation process of isoprene by extractive distillation,using N,N-dimethylformamide,acetonitrile or N-methyl pyrrolidone as the extractant,was emphasized. The characteristics of new processes including reactive distillation,separation of C5 fraction by hydrogenation,one-stage extraction process,coupling of azeotropic distillation and extraction distillation,and dimerization-afterseparation were also introduced. It was stated that optimizing process,developing reactive distillation technology,introducing catalytic hydrogenation to remove alkyne or total hydrogenation would be new development trends for the separation of C5 fraction.
