摘 要:以喂料量为1 kg/h的小型流化床做反应器,采用石英砂做床料,以粒径分别为20~40目、40~60目、60~80目和80~120目的玉米秸秆粉为原料,分别在400℃、450℃、500℃和550℃的反应温度下进行快速热裂解,将热解气液化后得到的生物油进行成分分析,并对比玉米秸秆粉热裂解生物油成分随反应温度和原料粒径的变化趋势。结果表明:(1)生物油中3-羟基-2-苯基-2-丙烯酸的含量随着原料粒径的减小而增加,但在反应温度为450℃时含量较少;(2)随着反应温度的升高,生物油中羟基乙醛的含量先增加后降低:粒径为20~40目时其含量在500℃时最高,其它3种粒径时在450℃时最高;与其它粒径相比,60~80目的原料粒径不利于醛类化合物的生成;(3)500℃的反应温度和60~80目的原料粒径更有利于生物油中酚类化合物的生成;(4)生物油中酯类化合物在粒径为20~40目时的含量比在其它粒径时的含量高20%;(5)反应温度和原料粒径对生物油中的酮类、醇类和烷烃类化合物的生成没有显著影响。Corn stalk with the particle size of 20-40 mesh, 40-60 mesh, 60-80 mesh and 80-120 mesh was taken as raw material and quartz sand as the bed material, four reaction temperatures of 400℃, 450℃, 500℃ and 550℃ were set to produce bio-oil on the fluidized bed with the feed rate of 1kg / h and their components were analyzed to study the effect of reaction temperature and particle size on the bio-oil component. The results show that:(1) the content of 3-hydroxy-2-phenyl-2-acrylic acid in bio-oil increases with the decrease of particle size, but is less when the reaction temperature is 450℃;(2) the content of hydroxy aldehyde in bio-oil first increases and then decreases with the increase of reaction temperature : it is the highest at500℃ for 20-40 mesh and 450℃ for the others, but when compared with other particle size, 60-80 mesh is unfavorable to the generation of aldehyde compounds;(3) the reaction temperature of 500℃ and the particle size of 60-80 mesh is more conducive to the production of phenolic compounds in bio-oil;(4) the ester compounds in bio-oil for the particle size of 20-40 mesh is 20% higher than the others;(5) but neither has significant impact on the formation of ketones, alcohols and alkanes compounds in bio-oil.
