摘　　要：本文分析从精子的生理特性,冷冻保存的原理,不同稀释液对精子冷冻效果的影响,抗氧化剂在种公牛精液冷冻保存中的应用进展,不同保存环境对解冻后精液品质的影响等方面综述了公牛精液冷冻,保存解冻的研究进展。This article reviewed the research progress of semen cryopreservation of bulls,including saving and thawing from many aspects,such as physiological characteristics of the sperm,the principle of cryopreservation.Moreover,the following aspects were included,such as the influence of different diluents on sperm freezing effect,the application progress of using antioxidant in bulls＇ semen cryopreservation and the influence of semen quality after thawing under different keeping environment.
