摘  要:通过对华北地区716户农村住宅进行调研,用De ST-h对典型住宅的节能改造进行模拟分析,分别针对外墙、屋顶、外窗、地面的不同保温做法和不同保温材料厚度进行了对比,针对不同的节能方案对节能率进行了分析,结合经济性原则,分别给出了不同围护结构节能改造时保温层的适宜厚度,总结出农村住宅全面节能改造的适宜方法。Through the investigation of 716 rural houses in northern China, the typical residential building was simulated on energy saving retrofit scheme by De ST-h. The paper compared different heat preservation measures and different thickness of insulation materials in the exterior wall, roof, outside the window. According to the analysis of energy saving rate in different energy saving schemes, combined with the economy principle, the suitable thickness of insulating layer was proposed in different energy saving building envelope retrofiting, and the appropriate method of energy saving retrofit scheme in rural buildings was summarized.
