摘 要:目的了解工作10年内护士护理危重患者的能力,探讨交接班联合随机查房对工作10年内护士护理危重患者能力的影响。方法科室共有工作10年内护士25名,2013年7—12月,采用传统交接班模式,2014年1—6月在传统交接班模式基础上,采用每日早晚交接班过程中随机确定1例危重患者进行临时查房,比较两种不同交接班模式对工作10年内护士护理危重能力的影响。结果采用交接班联合随机查房后,工作10年内护士的交接班规范性,对危重患者诊断、治疗、阳性体征、风险评估、病情动态观察、每班护理重点、理论知识点的掌握,均优于采用传统交接班模式(P<0.05)。结论交接班联合随机查房可显著提高工作10年内护士护理危重患者的能力,提高护理质量。Objective To understand the status quo of the ability to nurse critically ill patients of nurses with service length within one decade and the influence of shift change and random ward round on it. Methods There were twenty-five nurses with service length within one decade and conventional shift change was performed from July to December 2013. While from January to June 2014, in addition to conventional shift change, random ward round was added. Two kinds of shift changes were compared for its influence on the ability to nurse critically ill patients of nurses. Results After the implementation of shift change combined with random ward round, nurses with service length within one decade performed better in terms of the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients, positive sign, risk assessment, dynamic condition observation, key nursing point in each shift and nursing knowledge( P〈0.05). Conclusion Shift change with random ward round is effective for the enhancement of ability to nurse critically ill patients of nurses with service length within one decade and the improvement of nursing quality.
