摘  要:目的:对野菊花压制饮片与传统饮片进行比较研究。方法:以蒙花苷和干膏率为评价指标,对野菊花压制饮片和传统饮片两者在单味和五味消毒饮中的煎煮溶出情况进行对比;对压制饮片和传统饮片的蒙花苷溶出情况进行对比,进行综合评价,并绘出溶出曲线。结果:野菊花压制饮片外观形态良好;在单味饮片和五味消毒饮的煎煮中,压制饮片干膏和蒙花苷煎出总量均比普通饮片略高;溶出曲线经综合评价比较,压制饮片与传统饮片无显著性差异。结论:野菊花经压制后未改变药材的质量,不影响野菊花蒙花苷成分的煎煮溶出,定量压制饮片在一定程度上具有更高的煎煮效率。Objective: To do a comparative study of compressed pieces and traditional pieces of chrysanthemum indicum. Methods : Taking the content of Linarin and dry extract rate as the index, contrast the decoction quality of compressed chrysanthemum indicum pieces with tra- ditional pieces in chrysanthemum indicum decoction and Wuwei Xiaodu Tang ; make a comprehensive evalution, and get dissolution curves through the contrast of dissolution of compressed chrysanthemum indicum pieces and traditional pieces. Results: The compressed pieces have a intact appearance;The total dissolved content of linarin and dry extract rate in compressed chrysanthemum pieces were a little higher than traditional pieces in the chrysanthemum indieum decoction and Wuwei Xiaodu Tang. There is no significant difference between the compressed chrysanthemum indicum decoction pieces and traditional pieces through comprehensive evalution of dissolution curves. Conclusion: The qual- ity of chrysanthemum indicum haven't changed, and the dissolution of linarin haven't effected after compressed, therefore ,in some ways, the quantitative suppressed traditional Chinese medicine have a higher deeocting effiency.
