摘 要:禾本科草和草坪草在可持续农业发展、城市绿化、生态保护等方面起着至关重要的作用。近年来,随着现代生物技术的发展,国外牧草及草坪草育种研究也取得了明显进展。特别是在以优异基因型品种间多次杂交培育的合成品种为主的传统常规育种方法基础上,分子标记辅助育种和转基因育种为核心的新育种技术的发展很好地补充了传统育种方法的不足。但是与主要农作物相比,牧草作物一些育种研究方法尚处于发展阶段。本文就现代生物技术在国外牧草遗传育种中的方法、应用及最新研究进展进行综述,旨在为我国牧草常规和转基因育种提供方法参考及思路借鉴。Gramineous forage and turf grasses are critical to sustainable agriculture and contribute extensively to urbanlandscaping. In recent years, with the rapid development of biotechnology, the significant progresses have been made in transgenic research of gramineous forage and turf grasses.In the traditional basis of conventional breeding methods to hybridization between cultivated several excellent genotypes based on synthetic varieties With the development of modem biotechnology based on marker assisted selection and transgenic breeding, it complements traditional breeding methods very well, such as synthetic variety, recurrent selectionand crossbreedingthrough the superior genotypes. Compare with the main crops, the research for modem biotechnology of forage crops is still in developmental stage. This paper summarized the method, applications, and the latest research progress of modem biotechnology in forage genetic breeding, in order to provide the method and thought reference for forage conversional and breeding in China.
