摘  要:在田间试验基础上,通过对生长速率、叶面积指数、叶绿素含量及净光合速率、蒸腾速率等的测定,研究不同施磷水平下两年生紫花苜蓿的光合特性。结果表明,施磷肥后,叶面积指数、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、瞬时水分利用率、生长速率和干物质产量均显著升高,而蒸腾速率和气孔导度呈先升高后降低趋势,胞间CO2浓度显著下降。相关分析显示,叶面积指数和净光合速率与干物质产量和生长速率显著相关,而叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b总含量与Pn呈显著正相关,表明,磷肥促进植株叶绿素含量和叶面积指数的提高,增强叶片净光合速率和植株的光合作用,从而提高紫花苜蓿饲草产量。A fields experiment was conducted to investigate the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of alfalfa (Medicago sativa) under different phosphorus fertilization treatments. Results indicate that application of phosphate fertilizer significantly increased LAI, content of chlorophyll, Pn, WUE, CGR and DMY. With the increasing of phosphorus fertilizationTr and Gs trended to increase firstly and decrease then, and Ci decreased significantly. Correlation analysis resuhsshow that LAI and Pn were positively correlated to CGR and DMY, and chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b were positively correlated to Pn. According to the results, phosphate fertilizer enhanced the photosynthesisby increasing the LAI and content of chlorophyll,and thus improved drymatter yield of alfalfa.
