摘　　要：目的观察半乳糖凝集素3(Gal-3)在心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者的表达水平。方法纳入心力衰竭患者60例,根据其既往病史,分为陈旧性心肌梗死组(n=30)和非心肌梗死组(n=30),采用超声心动图评价患者心脏结构和心功能,采用ELISA试剂盒检测患者血浆Gal-3水平,比较两组Gal-3水平差别,并分析Gal-3水平与左室射血分数(LVEF)的相关性。结果陈旧性心肌梗死组患者Gal-3表达水平显著高于非心肌梗死组[(28.88±9.78)ng/ml vs.(22.57±4.59)ng/ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心肌梗死组患者LVEF显著低于非心肌梗死组[(51.38±9.75)%vs.(58.90±4.62)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血浆Gal-3表达水平与左心房内径呈正相关(r=0.612,P<0.01),与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.389,P<0.05)。结论心肌梗死心力衰竭患者血浆Gal-3的表达水平更高,血浆Gal-3表达水平与其左心房内径呈正相关,与左心室射血分数呈负相关。Objective To observe the expression level of galectin-3 （Gal-3） in patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction （MI）. Methods The patients （n=60） were divided into old MI group and non-MI group （each n=30） according to their medical history. The cardiac structure and heart function were reviewed by using echocardiogram, and level of plasma Gal-3 was detected by using ELISA. The difference in Gal-3 level was compared between 2 groups and correlation between Gal-3 level and LVEF was analyzed. Results The expression level of Gal-3 was significantly higher in old MI group than that in non-MI group [（28.88 ± 9.78） ng/mL vs. （22.57 ± 4.59） ng/mL, P〈O.05]. LVEF was significantly lower in old MI group than that in non-MI group [（51.38 ± 9.75） % vs. （58.90 ± 4.62）%, P〈0.05]. The expression level of Gal-3 was positively correlated to left atrial diameter （r=0.612, P〈0.01） and negatively correlated to LVEF （r=-0.389, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression level of Gal-3 is higher in ACS patients, which is positively correlated to left atrial diameter and negatively correlated to LVEF.
