摘 要:在室温下制备出互穿网络的多元复合新型高吸水性复合材料,不仅降低了其生产成本,而且有利于大规模生产。通过水溶液氧化还原常温聚合体系,以丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为单体,添加硅藻土,同时加入聚乙烯醇为交联改性剂,在室温下制取了硅藻土高吸水性复合材料。通过正交实验得到的复合材料其吸蒸馏水倍率达1 423 g/g,吸0.9%盐水的倍率达106g/g,并以最优组合为基础,通过单因素实验着重研究了引发剂、交联剂、中和度等对吸水倍率的影响,结果表明当引发剂的用量为0.30%~0.40%,交联剂的添加量为0.04%~0.06%,中和度为75%时,复合材料的吸水性能最好。Preparation of interpenetrating network of new multivariate super absorbent composite materials at room temperature not only reduces the production cost but also well for mass production.Using acrylic acid and acryl amide as monomer, diatomite as additive, add the polyvinyl alcohol as crosslink modified agent, polyhydric super absorbent composite was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization under room temperature. Through the orthogonal experiment, the obtained adsorption ratio of composite is 1 423 g / g and 0.9 % NaC1 absorbing rate is 106 g / g, and taking the most superior combination as the foundation, through single factor experiment, the effects of initiator, cross linking agent and degree of neutralization etc. on the water absorbing rate were emphatically studied. The results show that when initiator amount is 0.30%~0.40%, cross linking agent is 0.04%~0.06%, neutralization is 75%, the absorbency of composite is the best.
