摘　　要：裁判所作为独立的裁判机构，是英国行政法上十分突出的特点之一。近年来，随着裁判所的职权范围和受理的案件量的大幅度扩大及其在解决行政争端、处理行政争议的重要作用，英国行政裁判所制度的影响早已超越国界，引起越来越多的关注。本文主要从其历史发展背景、组织、程序等方面对英国行政裁判所制度进行简单分析。The referee as an independent agency,is one of the very prominent feature in the British administrative law.In recent years,with the terms of refer-ence of the tribunal and the admissibility of the caseload significantly expand its important role in the resolution of administrative disputes,administrative disputes, the British administrative tribunals system has long been beyond national borders,causing more and more attention. In this paper,from the background of historical development,organization,procedures the British Administrative Tribunal system simple analysis.
