摘　　要：目的分析5例埃博拉病毒病(Ebola virus disease,EVD)确诊患者的诊治情况,为更好地防治EVD提供科学依据。方法 2014年12月5日至2015年1月17日在利比里亚中国埃博拉治疗中心(Ebola Treatment Center,ETC)收治5例EVD确诊患者,对其流行病学资料、症状、体征、实验室检查及治疗转归情况进行分析。结果本次确诊的5例患者,其中3例为家庭聚集性发病;有3例患者首次埃博拉病毒核酸检测为阴性,第2次复检为阳性;临床表现以发热、乏力、呕吐、腹泻等为主,少有出血相关症状及体征;通过尽早采取退热、补液等对症、支持治疗,3例患者康复出院,2例死亡。结论对有明确密切接触史但首次埃博拉核酸检测阴性的患者,必须于72 h后复检;治疗上目前仍以对症支持治疗为主,治疗的重点是纠正水、电解质紊乱,维持内环境稳定,预防并发症的发生。Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of 5 cases of confirmed Ebola virus disease（ EVD） and provide scientific basis for better prevention and treatment of the disease. Methods Clinical data of 5 confirmed EVD patients admitted in our Ebola Treatment Center（ ETC） from December 5,2014 to January 17,2015 were collected in this study. Their epidemiological history,symptoms,signs,laboratory results and treatment outcome were retrospectively analyzed. Results EVD showed obvious family aggregation,with 3 patients from 2 families in the cohort. There were 3 cases who were negative to PCR test for the first time,but positive for the second time. The most common symptoms were fever,fatigue,vomiting and diarrhea, with few bleeding-related symptoms and signs. Though early symptomatic and support treatment,such as antifebrile and infusion therapies,3 patients were fully recovered and discharged,and the other 2 died. Conclusion For the suspected patients with contact history but negative PCR result for the first time,another test must be taken in 72 h later. Support therapies are commonly applied in the treatment of EVD,focusing on correcting water and electrolyte disorders, maintaining homeostasis, and preventing complications.
