摘 要:介绍了自主研制的新型高含水原油静电聚结脱水器的工作原理,并对该设备在流花11-1油田FPSO现场试验结果进行了分析。新型高含水原油静电聚结脱水器采用内置专利技术的绝缘电极,利用电场作用加速油水分离的同时,有效避免了极板间电流增大与短路,可在产液含水高达95%以上的工况下工作。该设备工程样机在流花11-1油田FPSO现场试验的结果表明,新型高含水原油静电聚结脱水器在相同停留时间的脱水效果远远好于现场常规自由水分离器脱后含水16%的生产现状,即使将停留时间缩短至自由水分离器的1/4,其脱后含水均小于8.5%,油水分离效果显著,而且在相同处理量下可使设备体积较常规分离器减小约50%,处理能力提高约50%,可为推动该设备在海上油田的工业化应用提供实践基础。This paper describes the operational principle of an innovative electrostatic coalescence separator for high water cut crude oil developed by CNOOC Research Institute, and analyzes the results of the FPSO field test in LH11-1 oilfield. The separator has an insulated electrode with patented technology build-in. For that reason, the oil-water separation is accelerated by electric field and troubles such as electric current increase or even short circuit are avoided and the separator can deal with the crude oil moisture content up to 95%. Results of the prototype field test in LH 11-1 show that the dehydration effects of the prototype is much better than the routine free water separator under the same residence time. The crude oil moisture content is 16% after the deal of routine separator, while crude oil moisture content is still less than 8.5% after the deal of the prototype even if the residence time is cut down to 1/4 of the routine free water separa- tor's. The oil-water separation effect is remarkable. For the same processing, the size of the prototype can be reduced at least 50% comparing with the routine separator's. The above conclusions can provide basis of promoting its industrialization in the future.
