三色膏联合微波治疗急性踝关节扭伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察三色膏联合微波治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效,并进行对比研究。方法:将60例急性踝关节扭伤患者随机分为2组:治疗组30例,予三色膏联合微波治疗;对照组30例,予单纯微波治疗。治疗2周后观察两组临床疗效,治疗前后主要症状、体征的变化情况。结果:经治疗后,两组患者疗效比较,总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后主要症状、体征积分与本组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后主要症状、体征积分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),提示治疗组在改善患者关节症状、体征方面优于对照组。结论:三色膏联合微波治疗急性踝关节扭伤可有效缓解关节疼痛、减轻关节肿胀、改善踝关节活动功能。Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of Sanse plaster combined with microwave in the treatment of acute ankle sprain.Methods：All 60 patients with acute ankle sprain were randomly divided into treatment group（n=30）and control group（n=30）.Patients in treatment group received Sanse plaster combined with microwave therapy,and patients in control group received microwave therapy.The therapeutic effect was observed after two weeks.Results：The total efficiency in treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.05）after the treatment.There was significant difference（P〈0.01）in the symptom and sign scores of two groups before and after treatment.The symptom and sign scores in the treatment group were better than control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Sanse plaster combined with microwave therapy can effectively relieve pain,reduce swelling,and improve the function of acute ankle sprain.
