摘 要:根据我国扶贫现状,贫困村已成为国家在扶贫开发中的重要研究对象之一。本文以连片特困区扶贫重点县——重庆市黔江区为研究区域,以行政村为单元,在系统设计贫困村多维识别指标体系基础上,结合组合权重的赋权方法和综合指数法的综合评价方法研究贫困村多维测算模型具体算法,详细论证了贫困村多维测算模型的设计思路及关键,并利用地理信息系统技术将模型实现了可视化,得到了研究区多维度下各贫困村的相对贫困程度的空间分布。最后将测算结果与当地实际情况进行了对比分析,证明了该模型的准确性与有效性。According to the current poverty alleviation situation in China,poverty village has become one of the important research objects in national poverty alleviation and development.The destitute areas in the key poverty alleviation county-Qianjiang district in Chongqing were taken as the research target and the administrative village as the unit to study the algorithm of multidimensional calculation model which based on systematic design of multidimensional poverty village identification index system and combined the combination weighting approach and the comprehensive index method.The design ideas and key points in poverty village multidimensional calculation model were demonstrated,and the visualization was realized by using geographic information system technology.Meanwhile,the spatial distribution of relative poverty level of poverty villages in the area was obtained.Through the comparative analysis of the calculation results with the local actual situation,the accuracy and effectiveness of the model has been proved.
