摘  要:采用相转化法,以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)为溶剂制备了聚丙烯腈平板膜。研究了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)添加剂,凝固浴温度和组成对膜结构和性能的影响。采用冷场发射扫面电镜表征膜的结构,并用纯水通量、污水处理、化学耗氧量(COD)和浊度去除率来表征膜的性能。结果表明:在铸膜液中添加较大分子量的PVP和较高含量的PVP可以得到完整的无缺陷的海绵状膜结构。在最优条件(凝固浴温度为60℃,凝固浴里DMAC含量为60%,铸膜液里PVPk90含量为7%)下水通量达1022.4L.m-2.h-1。另外污水浊度和COD去除率分别达到99%和87%。The flat-sheet polyacrylonitrile(PAN)membranes were prepared by phase inversion process,and N,Ndimethyl acetamide(DMAC)was used as solvent.The effects of additive polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP),temperature and composition of coagulation bath on the structure and performance of the membranes were investigated.The membrane structure was studied by SEM,and membrane performances were characterized in terms of pure water permeability,sewage treatment,removal of chemical oxygen demand(COD)and turbidity.The results showed that higher molecular weight and higher concentration of PVP in casting solution were in favor of obtaining integral defect-free sponge-like membrane structure.Water flux of 1022.4L.m^-2.h^-1 was achieved at an optimal condition(coagulation bath temperature of 60℃,60%DMAC in coagulant and 7% PVPk90 in casting solution).In addition,the removal of turbidity and COD of sewage were reached 99% and 87%,respectively.
