摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法将纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)粒子负载于活性炭表面,得到一种新型的复合材料。用比表面测定(N2-BET)、X射线荧光光谱(EDXRF)等对其进行了表征。系统地研究了负载纳米SiO2的活性炭对水中2,4-二硝基酚的吸附性能。结果表明:负载纳米SiO2的活性炭对2,4-二硝基酚的吸附符合Freundlich模型,吸附过程主要受分配作用控制。由于纳米粒子的尺寸效应以及Si-OH的作用,吸附量比改性前提高了16%~92%,而接触时间和初始浓度对吸附效果具有显著影响,并且酸性条件有利于吸附的进行。Multilayer SiO2 nanoparticles were coated on the surface of activated carbon by sol-gel method.The obtained material was characterized By BET and EDXRF analyses.Moreover,the characteristics and sorption mechanism of the material was explored through investigating the effect of contact time,concentration and pH on adsorption capacity of2,4-dinitrophenol in water.The results showed that the adsorption of the modified activated carbon conformed to Freundlich isothermal adsorption equation.Due to size effect of nanoparticles and interaction of Si-OH with 2,4-dinitrophenol,the sorption capacity of the modified activated carbon increased by 16%~92%,compared with activated carbon.The dynamic sorption performance was found to be affected by initial concentration and contact time.In addition,acidic condition was conducive to adsorption.
