摘 要:目的研究食管癌根治术中采取综合保温干预对患者术后寒战及炎症应激反应的影响。方法将40例手术患者分为观察组和对照组各20例,对照组予常规保温措施,观察组在对照组基础上加用循环水变温毯持续加温,观察两组患者术中各时间点体温及术后寒战发生情况和C反应蛋白、白介素-6的变化情况。结果手术开始后,对照组患者体温下降明显,观察组患者体温基本保持稳定,两组术中各时间点及手术结束、苏醒时体温比较均有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组未发生寒战,对照组6例发生寒战;术后24h观察组C反应蛋白、白介素-6浓度升高幅度低于对照组。结论术中保持患者体温稳定可减少术后寒战及炎症的应激反应。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive temperature maintain intervention on patients' postoperative chill and inflammatory stress response during esophagectomy.Method Divide 40 surgical patients into observation group and control group equally.Patients in control group receive routine temperature maintain intervention.Patients in observation group receive continuous heat by temperature-variable circulating water blanket based on routine intervention.Observe patients' temperature in each time point,post-operative chill and variation of C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)of two groups.Result Temperature of patients in control group fall obviously.Temperature of patients in observation group keeps steady.There is significant difference on temperature in each time point,at the end of operation and on patients' waking between two groups(P0.001).There is no postoperative chill in observation group and 6cases occur in control group.Rise of CRP and IL-6is less in observation group than in control group.Conclusion Maintain normal body temperature during operation can reduce patients' postoperative chill and inflammatory stress response.
