杭州市级三级甲等医院护士长护理研究成果应用的现状及阻碍因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解杭州市级三级甲等医院护理研究成果应用的现状及应用的阻碍因素。方法以随机整群抽样方法,采用护理研究成果应用现状调查问卷(自行设计)及中文版Funk量表对杭州4所市级三级甲等医院106名护士长进行调查。结果 97.2%护士长对成果应用持积极肯定态度,但实际将护理研究成果应用到临床护理工作中的并不多,主要阻碍因素为"研究报告/文章以英文出版,难以理解""不明白统计分析"和"研究设计有不足之处"。结论护理研究成果应用现状不理想,采取有效措施提高护理研究成果的利用率是关键。Objective To study the application status on achievements of nursing research from tertiary level first class hospitals of Hangzhou and analysis on its influencing factors.Method Investigate 106 head nurses from 4tertiary level first class hospitals of Hangzhou by self-designed questionnaire on application status on achievements of nursing research and Chinese version of Funk Scale using random cluster sampling.Result 97.2% head nurses have positive attitude towards research application.But not many achievements are applied in clinical nursing.The main influencing factors are hard to understand English version of articles,can＇t figure out statistical analysis and finding out defect in research design.Conclusion Application status on achievements of nursing research is unsatisfactory.Improving availability of nursing research achievements is the major method.
