摘 要:目的调查不同科室护理人员对围心搏骤停期知识技能的掌握情况。方法设计临床护理人员围心搏骤停期知识技能掌握情况的调查问卷,将临床各科室318名护理人员分为A组(急诊科和重症监护室护理人员)和B组(其他科室护理人员),对其进行问卷调查,分析两组护理人员在掌握围心搏骤停期各方面知识技能上的差异。结果在围心搏骤停期的判断水平及处置能力上A组优于B组,对围心搏骤停期相关知识与技能培训都表现出强烈的需要。结论不同科室护理人员对围心搏骤停期的判断能力和处置能力的掌握程度有差别,需针对性地进行相关知识技能的培训。Objective To investigate mastering status of knowledge and skills on peri-cardiac arrest period of nursing staff from different departments.Method Divide 318 nursing staff into Group A(nurses from emergency department and intensive care unit)and Group B(nurses from other departments)and investigate them by self-designed questionnaire on knowledge and skills on peri-cardiac arrest period.Analyze the difference on knowledge and skills on peri-cardiac arrest period between two groups.Result Nursing staff in Group A have a better judging and disposal ability on cardiac arrest than nurses in Group B,who show strong desire on related training on knowledge and skills.Conclusion There is difference on mastering status of judging and disposal ability on peri-cardiac arrest period between nursing staff from different departments.Corresponding training is necessary on related knowledge.
