足内侧皮瓣逆行转移修复前足内侧皮肤缺损的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨足内侧皮瓣逆行转移修复前足内侧皮肤缺损的效果.方法 采用足内侧皮瓣逆行转移修复足内侧皮肤缺损,供区行全厚植皮修复.结果 本组共21例患者,皮瓣均全部成活.皮瓣质地柔软,外观不臃肿,色泽良好,耐磨.结论 足内侧皮瓣逆行岛状皮瓣血运可靠,操作简单,质地柔软,与修复组织质地相近且耐磨性好,是修复前足内侧皮肤缺损的一种可靠方法.Objective To study the efficacy of medial pedal flap for repairing medial forefoot defect. Methods The medial pedal flap was performed the retrograde transfer to cover medial forefoot defect in 21 patients. The donor defects were covered with full thickness skin graft. Results All flaps were survived. The flap had good texture and color match and adapted well to the defects with excellent wear-resisting. All patients walked normally after operation. Conclusion The medial pedal flap has a reliable retrograde blood supply. This flap should be considered as a preferential way of repairing soft-tissue defects of medial forefoot.
