纪检监察干部教育培训:价值导向与现实路径

摘　　要：加强纪检监察干部教育培训,必须注重发挥教育培训的党性观念的树立与巩固功能、知识技能的解释与创新功能、价值追求的重塑与引导功能。目前,纪检监察干部教育培训还存在教育培训工作难以系统化,教育资源分配难以均衡化,教育培训内容难以体系化,教育培训效果难以定量化的问题。要通过完善培训管理体制,推进学科建设,优化课程设置,创新方式方法,深化教学改革,逐步形成纪检监察教育培训工作合力,切实提高纪检监察干部监督执纪问责能力。To enhance the education and training for discipline inspection and supervision cadres, we should focus on its education functions which can help them set up and consolidate Party spirit, interpret and renew knowledge and skills, and restore and guide the value pursuit. Currently, in the field, the work of education and training is hard to institutionalize; the resource of education is lack of equalization; the content of education is hard to systematize; and it is hard to find a quantitative method to evaluate the effects of training and education. The present situation urges us to form a joint force though the methods, such as management system perfection, discipline construction, course setting optimization and methods innovation.
