维A酸乳膏联合胶原贴敷料治疗黄褐斑疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨维A酸乳膏联合胶原贴敷料治疗黄褐斑的疗效及安全性。方法:185例黄褐斑患者随机分为治疗组(n=93)和对照组(n=92),治疗组采用维A酸乳膏联合胶原贴敷料治疗,对照组采用维A酸乳膏治疗。总疗程为12周。观察两组患者治疗后不良反应及不同时段的有效率。结果:治疗4、8、12周后,治疗组有效率(23.66%、31.18%、40.86%)均显著高于对照组(11.95%、17.39%、22.82%),治疗组不良反应发生率(6.45%)显著小于对照组(48.39%)。结论:维A酸乳膏联合胶原贴敷料治疗黄褐斑治疗效果明显优于单用维A酸乳膏,且减轻了维A酸乳膏的不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 0.1% tretinoin cream combining with collagen dressing in treatment of chloasma. Methods： A total of 185 patients of chloasma were randomly divided into the treatment group（n= 93） and the control group（n=92）. The patients in treatment group received collagen dressing combined with 0.1% tretinoin cream while the control group received 0.1% tretinoin cream only. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. Total effective rate and side-effect at different time points were observed. Results： After 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks treatment, the efficiency of treatment group were 23.66%, 31.18%, 40.86% respectively, which were all significantly higher than that of control group （11.95%, 17.39%, 22.82%, respectively, P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions rate of tretinoin in treatment group（6.45%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（48.39%, P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Collagen dressing combined with 0.1% trctinoin cream is effective and safe for patients with chloasma.
