摘　　要：重点介绍了采用中温蜡料、硅溶胶型壳、智能检测金属液质量生产HT200灰铁叶轮的精密铸造工艺。介绍了铸件生产的技术难点、生产条件、模具设计、制壳、熔炼及浇注工艺,成功批量生产出了高品质的产品。The HT200 impeller was produced by investment casting with mid temperature wax and silica sol shell mould as well as detection of liquid metal quality intelligently. The measures, such as technical difficulties of castings, production conditions, mould design, shell making, metal melting and pouring were discussed. The high quality products were produced successfully.
