摘  要:运用ANSYS,建立了20MnSi连铸方坯电磁-热耦合分析的有限元模型,得到了涡流和温度场的分布图,并对结果进行了分析。在不同的电参数下对20MnSi连铸方坯加热过程的温度分布进行了模拟计算,获得了不同加热参数下连铸坯的温度场分布和涡流分布,分析了不同参数对加热效果的影响。结果表明,频率和电流值对温度场和涡流的分布都有较大的影响。最后,对模拟结果进行了验证,发现模拟结果与实测结果符合良好。The FEM model of electromagnetic-thermal coupled field was built up for 20MnSi continuous casting square billet by using ANSYS software. The distribution of eddy current and temperature field was presented, and the simulated results were analyzed. The distribution of temperature and eddy cur- rent was visualized by simulation calculation under different induction heating parameters. In addition, influence of parameters on the induction heating was analyzed. The results show that parameters of cur- rent and frequency greatly affect the distribution of temperature and eddy current. Finally, simulation results were verified, and the simulated results were well agreement with the measured ones.
