超声介入下注射聚桂醇在治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠61例中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨在超声介入下注入聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚（聚桂醇）硬化剂治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠（CSP）的应用价值。方法：对61例超声分级诊断符合0-2级的CSP患者行超声介入下在子宫瘢痕切口周围注射聚桂醇硬化剂,术后3-20小时内行胚囊清除术联合清宫术,观察术中、术后及并发症情况。结果：61例CSP患者均成功注射聚桂醇,操作历时10-20分钟,在胚囊清除术联合清宫术时均无大出血发生。术中、术后无发热,无疼痛,平均住院费用3660元,平均住院天数2.7天,血β-HCG水平降至正常平均时间22天,术后平均27.8天月经恢复正常。结论：超声介入下注射聚桂醇硬化剂治疗CSP是一种安全、有效、操作简便、易于被接受,值得推广的方法。Objective： To investigate the applicative value of lauromacrogol sclerosing injection in treating of cesarean scar pregnancy under ultrasonic intervention. Methods： 61 cases of uterine incision pregnancy patients（ ultrasound grade 0-2） were injected lauromacrogol sclerosing agent around uterine scar incision under ultrasonic intervention,and to operate with the embryo sac excision and curettage within 3-20 hours. The conditions during and after operation and the surgery complications were observed. Results： All the patients were successfully injection of lauromacrogol which took 10-20 minutes,there were no massive hemorrhage postoperative and no fever,no pain in the embryo sac excision and curettage,and the average hospitalization expenses 3660 yuan,hospital stay 2. 7 days,serum β-HCG decreased to normal average needed 22 days,and 27. 8 days of menstruation recovery after operation. Conclusions： Injection of lauromacrogol sclerosing under ultrasound intervention is a safe and effective,simple and easy to be accepted way to treat cesarean scar pregnancy.
