上海市松江区家庭农场的环境影响因素研究

摘　　要：首先运用层次分析法和PEST理论构建出家庭农场环境因素的分析模型并计算出各层因素的权重,然后结合模糊综合评价法推理出家庭农场环境因素的测定方法,最后根据对上海市松江区家庭的调查结果进行实证分析。研究表明:上海市松江区家庭农场的环境影响因素中社会环境因素和技术环境因素在其发展的过程中起着很大的作用,政治环境因素和经济环境因素其次。根据结果分析可知:上海市松江区家庭农场的培育应从社会化服务体系的完善、土地流转效率的提高、技术水平的改进、基础设施的建设、融资环境的改善这五个方面入手。First, Built the environment inlfuence factors analysis model of family farm based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and PEST theory, and calculated the weight of each factor. Then, Construct the evaluation method of influence factors of family farm by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, use the results of the survey on family farm in Songjiang district, Shanghai to give an empirical analysis. Research shows that social factors and technological factors played an more important role in the development of family farm in Songjiang district, Shanghai, political factors and economic factors are following. According to the results we can find that improving the social service system, enhancing the efficiency of land circulation, rising the technical level, constructing infrastructure, improving the environment of financing are most important and effective ways to cultivate family farm in Songjiang district, Shanghai.
