摘 要:低压静止同步补偿器主电路器件多为三相桥式PWM变流器,由于开关器件的非理想特性以及为避免同一桥臂上、下直通而人为设定的延时会产生死区效应,进而影响系统的补偿性能。在对死区效应产生机理及影响定性、定量分析的基础上,针对传统死区补偿方法需要对输出电流方向检测的不足,提出开关脉冲调整的死区效应补偿方法。通过判断目标电压矢量来获得电流方向,进而调整开关脉冲来实现死区补偿,仿真和实验验证了该方法的有效性。Most of the low voltage static synchronous compensator main circuit component was three-phase full-bridge PWM converter.Since the dead time effect generated by the switching device non-ideal characteristics and theartificially set delay to avoid the same bridge arm switches direct conduction,eventually affected the compensationperformance. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of dead time effect and its influence on dead-time effect. For thetraditional method of dead time compensation′s insufficient which need detecting the direction of output current,a deadtime effect compensation method based on switching pulse adjustment was proposed. Get the current direction bydetermined the target voltage vector,then adjusted the switching pulses to compensate the dead time,simulation andexperiment results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
