摘 要:借助一种新型的棉花模板辅助溶剂热法制备出Ti O2纳米多孔纤维结构材料,利用热重(TG)、X线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、比表面积测试(BET)和紫外-可见光谱(UV-vis)等对其进行表征.同时通过亚甲基蓝的脱色降解考察溶剂热反应时间(2.5-12 h)和温度(160-200℃)对Ti O2纳米纤维材料的光催化活性的影响.结果表明:利用模板辅助的溶剂热法可以制备出纤维形貌Ti O2纳米结构材料;在所研究的溶剂热反应时间、温度范围内,反应时间对材料光催化性能的影响较为显著,其可以使样品的光催化活性提高近20%,反应温度的影响较小,使样品的光催化活性提高不足10%.由光催化性能的结果可以得出最佳的溶剂条件:反应温度为180℃、反应时间为10 h.该法具有工艺简单、生产成本低、绿色环保等优点.A novel template-assisted solvothermal method was developed and employed to prepare TiO 2 fiber nano-materials by using defatted cotton fibers as the template. The prepared samples were characterized by thermogravimetry(TG),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),BET analysis and UV-vis absorbance spectroscopy. By using the degradation of methylene blue(MB)as the model reaction,the effect of the solvothermal reaction temperature(160 200 ℃) and reaction time(2.5 12.5 h) on the photocatalytic activity of the TiO2 materials was investigated. The results showed that as-prepared TiO2 materials replicated the morphology of original cotton fibers. The effect of the reaction time on the photocatalytic activity of the material is more remarkable than the reaction temperature in the range of the solvothermal reaction temperature and time. For example,the photocatalytic activity of the sample increase about 20% in the range of 2.5 to 12 h while the activity increases less 10% in the range of 160 to 200 ℃. According to the photocatalytic results of the materials,it can been obtained that the optical solvothermal temperature is about 180℃ and time 10 h. The method has many advantages such as the low-cost,simple process and non-polluted.
