摘 要:目的:了解新乡地区2013年腹泻儿童轮状病毒与腺病毒感染情况。方法:用免疫层析快速法对2013年1月~12月的2780例腹泻患儿的粪便标本进行检测。结果:2780例标本中轮状病毒阳性715例(25.8%),腺病毒阳性83例(3.2%),轮状病毒与腺病毒双重感染25例(0.9%)。轮状病毒感染的高发期位于6月和10月~12月,腺病毒感染的高发期位于5月和9月~10月。年龄以2岁以下婴幼儿为主,但主要集中在6个月~12个月的婴幼儿。结论:新乡地区儿童病毒性腹泻的主要病原体以轮状病毒为主,其次为腺病毒,双重感染不易见。Objective:To expore the status of rotavirus and adenovirus infection in children with diarrhea in Henan Xinxiang 2013. Methods:A total of 2780 fecal samples were collected from January to December of 2013 in Xinxiang ,then rotavirus and adenovirus anti-gens were tested by ACON Rota-Adeno.Results:2780 samples, 715(25.7%) and 83(3.0%) cases were found positive for rotavirus and adenovirus respectively and 25(0.9%) cases for both.Rotavirus infections occurred mainly in June, October to December and ade-novirus infections happened mainly in May, September and October.Most of the children with rotavirus and adenovirus infections were from 6 to 12 months.Conclusion:Rotavirus is the major etiologic agents of diarrhea in Xinxiang.Adenovirus is the second important a-gent for children,and mixed infection is rare.
