广东省农林牧渔业与其他产业的关联效应分析

摘　　要：如何处理好农林牧渔业与其他产业之间的关系,直接关乎到我国经济的可持续性发展。为了了解广东省农林牧渔业与其他产业的关联效应,该文采用Excel和Matlab分析软件,根据产业关联分析理论分析了广东省的投入产出表,从定量的角度获得了广东省农林牧渔业与其他产业的直接关联和完全关联系数。从分析的结果来看,要发展广东省农林牧渔业,则必须优先发展关联产业,特别是要做好食品制造及烟草加工业的开发;需要加大对农林牧渔业的投入,提倡生产的科学化,技术的现代化,管理的规范化;考虑到许多行业既成为了农业的生产者,同时也是农业的消费者,政府必须协调好各个产业的发展,同时也要发展循环经济;由于产业之间也存在着间接影响,与农林牧渔业间接关系紧密的有通信设备、计算机、电子设备制造业等其他产业,政府必须提高农民的信息化水平,以及科学化的生产能力。How to coordinate the relationship between Agriculture- Forestry- Stockbreeding- Fishery and other industries is one of the most important problems for the sustainable development of China ＇s economy. The paper quantitatively analyzed the input- output tables of Guangdong province using Excel and Matlab analysis software and got the direct and complete correlation coefficients based on industrial correlation theory. According to the results,to develop Agriculture- Forestry- Stockbreeding- Fishery of Guangdong province,it need to preferentially develop relative industries,especially to increase investment in food manufacturing and tobacco processing industry; it also need to increase the investment in Agriculture- Forestry- Stockbreeding- Fishery,to reinforce scientific production,to enhance modernization of technology and unify regulations of management; The government needed to balance the development of each industry,parts of which may become both the producer and the consumer of agriculture. Because some industries had indirect relationship with agriculture such as communication equipment,computer and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry etc.,the government needed to enhance the peasants＇ information level and scientific literacy.
