摘　　要：基于企业层面的开发—探索研究,提出了一种新的区域创新体系模式划分,这种模式划分可以与政策以及政策工具更紧密地连接.采用1986—2011年中国省级专利数据对我国区域创新体系模式的演化进行了分析.结果表明,我国存在开发型、探索型和混合型3种区域创新体系模式,当前我国开发型模式主要分布在中西部内陆地区,探索型模式主要分布在沿海发达省市,其余部分为混合型模式.本文新的区域创新体系模式的划分对区域创新体系发展提供了参考.It introduced a new regional innovation system （RIS） mode classfication based on exploitation-exploration research which could link tightly to policy and policy tools. Moreover, It took advantage of patent data from 1986 to 2011 to analyze the evolution of the RIS mode. Results indicate there are three modes： exploitative mode, explorative mode and mixed mode. At present, exploitative mode mainly locates in inland regions, explorative mode mainly locates in developed coastal areas, and the rest are mixed mode. It tries to provide the reference to RIS development through the new insight.
