摘　　要：本文阐述了一套基于3G/4G无线网络的区域性急救系统的设计过程。该系统以医院急诊科为救治中心,依托专网专线和3G/4G通信网络建立,集成了数字化智能救护车系统、急救现场手提箱系统和区域性急救医疗信息系统。该系统的应用可以有效地提高院前医疗急救水平,提升应急突发事件的紧急救援处置能力,缩短院前急救时间,提高抢救成功率。A regional emergency system based on 3G/4G wireless network was proposed in this paper.The system took department of emergency in the hospital as the treatment center and was established on the basis of the private-network-for-dedicated-line methodology and 3G/4G communication network.With seamless integration of the digital intelligent emergency ambulance system,the on-site emergence suitcase system and the regional emergency medical information system,this system can effectively improve the pre-hospital medical emergency treatment and enhance the ability to handle emergency incidents.Moreover,it shortened the time of pre-hospital emergency treatment and increased the success rate of rescue.
