摘　　要：本文介绍了医疗设备成本效益分析常用方法和优缺点,提出了基于效益-效果评价的大型医疗设备成本效益分析方法,详细阐述了该方法的评价原则和方法。通过实例分析指出了该方法的优势和不足之处,并提出了改进的方向。This study introduces the common methods of cost-benefit analysis of medical equipment and their advantages and disadvantages.Then,a new cost-benefit analysis method is proposed based on the benefit and effect evaluation and expounded in the aspects of evaluation principles and approaches.Through illustrating the examples,the study points out the advantages and inadequacies of the new method and finally puts forward the improvements that need to be done.
