摘　　要：为了促进患者手术安全,世界卫生组织在2008年制定了手术安全核对表并在全球推广。北京协和医院于2009年2月在国内率先实施手术安全核对制度。医院两次调查分析了手术安全核对制度执行过程中存在的问题与不足,提出了规范执行手术安全核对制度的工作建议。In order to improve surgical safety,World Health Organization formulated Surgical Safety Checklist and popularized it around the w orld in 2008. In February,2009,Peking Union M edical College Hospital took the lead in implementing Surgical Safety Checklist in China by performing tw o investigations to find out the problems and shortcomings in the implementation. Suggestions are proposed for the standardized implementation of Surgical Safety Checklist.
