医院工作效率评价应用研究——以应城市某综合医院为例

摘　　要：目的利用个案研究试图验证《医院管理评价指南(2008版)》中部分工作效率指标在综合医院管理中的应用。方法采用描述统计分析法和回归分析进行深入分析,试图评价该综合医院工作效率;内容:研究医院医师工作效率、出院者平均住院日和平均病床工作日对病床周转次数的影响程度及相互之间的关系密切程度。结果建立的回归方程有高度的显著性,医院为了达到《医院管理评价指南》中相关规定,出现了人力资源浪费或床位比较紧张的局面。结论深入分析医院工作效率指标,合理配置医院资源,有利于指导医院的管理工作。Objective： To testify the application of some work efficiency indexes in Hospital Management Evaluation Guide（ 2008 edition） into the management of comprehensive hospitals w ith case study. Method： The authors of the paper carry out the in-depth analysis by means of descriptive statistics analysis and regression analysis,and try to evaluate w ork efficiency in comprehensive hospitals. The study covers the influences of w ork efficiencies of doctors,the average days of hospitalization and the average bed days on the turnover of hospital beds and their relations. Result： The regression equation show s high significance. Hospitals try to meet the regulations in Hospital M anagement Evaluation Guide w hile the price is the w aste of human resources and the tense shortage of hospital beds. Conclusion： The in-depth analysis on w ork efficiency index and reasonable allocation of hospital resources act as the guide for the management in hospitals.
