摘　　要：高职院校学生顶岗实习工作是高技能型人才培养的重要组成部分,是高职教育是否成功的关键因素之一。从分析顶岗实习实施中存在的问题入手,探讨和分析如何实施顶岗实习工作,提出了一些解决方案和应该注意的问题。substituted post exercitation is an important part in the talent cultivation of higher vocational education. The success of substituted post exercitation defi nes the achievement of higher vocational education. Making analysis on the management of substituted post exercitation, the paper explores the countermeasures to the management of substituted post exercitation in higher vocational college and stresses some points to be minded.
